We like to keep things simple and charge one price for venue hire, we have listed out below what is included. We also thought it might be useful to know what is not included. If you need any help sourcing anything just let us know, we have a range of suppliers we have worked with in the past that we would be happy to recommend. 

Venue Hire - £2000

  • Exclusive use for 3 days 

  • Designated area to errect a marquee of your choice (Marquee Not incluced)

  • Separate meadow for parking

  • Separate meadow for camping

  • Designated area to hold ceremony overlooking pond and under grand old oak

  • Lighting of walkways

  • Festoon lighting around perimeter of marquee area

  • Fairy lights around pergola and select tree's if required

  • Directional Signage

  • Full use of farm for photography opportunitys 

  • Hay bales for outdoor seating if required

  • Option of camping on night of the wedding if required. including fully fitted shepherds hut, shower and toilet. ​

Add on's & extra's 

Camping  on the night of the wedding  - £500

This incudes a designated area for guests to pitch up their own tents and camp out under the stars. It also includes use of our fully fitted Shepherds Hut on the night of the wedding, clean bedding and towels. 

Tipi Package - Fully furnished Tipi with Luxury toilets and Dancefloor - £5618.40 

  • 2x Giant Hat Tipi's including DandyDura flooring

  • Can you help with suppliers for my wedding at Low Barn Farm?
    Yes, we can assist you with suppliers! We have established relationships with a variety of trusted local suppliers who specialise in anything from Marquees and Floristry to Hair and makeup artists.
  • Can I get married at Low Barn Farm?
    yes
  • What transport options can I use to arrive on my wedding day?
    You can choose what you want! Over the years we have see all sorts of transport from vintage cars to tractors to horse and cart!
  • Do you have parking available for guests?
    Yes, Low Barn Farm provides ample parking facilities for all your wedding guests. We have a designated parking area that can comfortably accommodate a large number of vehicles. This ensures that your guests have a seamless and stress-free arrival experience. Our parking area is conveniently located close to the main event spaces, making it easy for guests to join the celebrations swiftly.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can you help us with suppliers?
We are happy to grant you the freedom to bring in your own suppliers, but appreciate that unless you have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry, you may not know how to choose! Therefore we also have a small selection of suppliers we have worked with in the past that we would be happy to recommend. 

Can we get married at Low Barn Farm? 
you will need to attend a registry office a couple of days prior to your wedding day to complete the paperwork, but you will be able to hold a ceremony and say your blessings on the day. Some couples prefer this as the ceremony can then be tailored more to their individual beliefs / requirements. 

How many guests can you cater for?
We allow up to 150 guests

Is it safe for Children?
Yes we have done all we can to make it as safe as possible for children such as fencing off the pond, however children are the responsibility of their parents and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

can we bring our dog?
Absoluately! we love dogs and appreciate that you may want your 4 legged companion to be part of your special day

Can we see any animals?
